• Clients and cleaners agree the scope, timing, price and payment arrangements directly with each other.
• SpotlessGiG is not the employer, agency, payment processor or guarantor of either party.
• We may moderate or remove content and accounts that breach platform rules, create safety risks or misuse the service.
