01. What are the steps to hire a specialist through the platform?
The process is simplified to the maximum: you browse profiles in your area, check which days in their calendar are marked as free and contact them directly by the provided phone number to specify the exact time and cleaning details.
02. How and when is the payment made?
At this stage, the agreed amount is paid directly to the provider after completion of the work, and the payment method (cash, Revolut or another method) is specified in advance between you. In the future we will integrate the option of payments directly through the platform.
03. What happens if the provider does not show up or does not clean well?
Since communication and negotiation are direct, you settle the case between yourselves. However, you can leave a public review and rating on the provider's profile. We monitor the system extremely strictly and in the event of several signals or a low rating, we promptly remove the respective profile from the platform.
04. Do I need to provide cleaning products and equipment?
This depends entirely on the specific cleaning specialist. Some professionals have their own professional equipment and products, while others prefer to work with the client's appliances and supplies. We recommend clarifying this during the initial phone conversation.
05. For which cities in Bulgaria is the platform available?
SpotlessGiG is a completely open platform for the whole country. The service is available in any settlement, as long as there are registered and active independent cleaning specialists in it. You can easily filter the providers by city and region from the search page.
