Your account
Provide accurate information, verify your email and keep your credentials private. Use the service only where you can enter into the relevant agreements lawfully. Tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not impersonate others or share information you have no right to disclose.
Independent cleaning arrangements
You and the cleaner agree the scope, price, timing, access and payment directly. Telio Ltd provides the platform, not the independent cleaner’s work, and does not become the cleaner’s employer or payment processor. Review offers and disclose relevant property or safety details accurately. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights or any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Safe use and content
Use the app lawfully. Do not post unlawful, misleading or abusive material, attack the service, bypass access controls or infringe others’ rights. Retain rights to content you upload and grant us permission to process and display it only as needed to operate the requested service. Cleaning cards provide general guidance; follow product labels, manufacturer instructions and relevant safety precautions.
Availability and notifications
Device settings, connectivity and provider delivery can delay notifications. Refresh the app to see current server-confirmed state. We may maintain, change or suspend features, and restrict misuse where necessary. Where practical we explain material restrictions and provide a way to contact support. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that a notification will arrive at a particular time.
Ending use, changes and applicable law
You can stop using the app and request account deletion at any time. Deleting the linked account may affect marketplace access; uninstalling alone does not delete server data. We communicate material changes to these terms before they take effect where required. Bulgarian law applies subject to mandatory protections and jurisdiction rights available to consumers in their country of residence. Contact office@spotlessgig.com about complaints; these terms do not restrict access to competent courts or regulators.
